This site was created by San Marcos resident volunteers who want to help during this unprecedented pandemic.  The effort is headed up by a small group of passionate volunteers to help residents that are at high risk of COVID-19. San Marcos, CA COVID-19 Neighborhood Assistance Program is driven by the sudden dramatic drop in those able to shop for food or pick up medication due to health risks and the isolation that can drive emotional and physical challenges.  We want to make sure everyone who needs help can safely get that from volunteers that follow CDC-recommended protocols.
